By providing your mobile phone number and opting into our SMS services, you consent to receive SMS communications from Carbrandish.

If you have consented to receive text messages from Carbrandish you may receive text messages related to services and opportunities we offer, notifications about company information, promotional offers, discounts, or other marketing communications. If you have applied for a position as a driver, we may communicate updates about your application status, onboarding materials or instructions and any other employment related updates and/or notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Messaging frequency may vary. You can opt-out at any time by texting STOP. For assistance, text HELP.

Managing Your Consent

Opting In: By providing your mobile number and explicitly agreeing to receive messages, you are opting into our SMS communication services. You may be required to confirm your consent by responding to an initial opt-in message.

Opting Out: If you no longer wish to receive SMS communications, you may opt out at any time by texting "STOP". You will receive a confirmation of your opt-out request, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

Help Messages: Text "HELP" to receive information about how to manage your SMS preferences or to get assistance with our SMS service.

Security of Your Information

Carbrandish employs appropriate security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so we encourage you to take precautions when providing your information. Phone numbers and SMS consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates under any circumstances.

We may update this SMS Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website or through an SMS notification. Please review this policy periodically to stay informed.

Google

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website. Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.

We have implemented the following:

We along with third-party vendors, such as Google use first-party cookies (such as the Google Analytics cookies) and third-party cookies (such as the DoubleClick cookie) or other third-party identifiers together to compile data regarding user interactions with ad impressions and other ad service functions as they relate to our website.

Opting out: Users can set preferences for how Google advertises to you using the Google Ad Settings page. Alternatively, you can opt out by visiting the Network Advertising initiative opt out page or permanently using the Google Analytics Opt Out Browser add on.

Do Not Track Signals

We don't honor do not track signals and do not track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place. Third party systems, such as Google Analytics, may or may not honor Do Not Track signals without notification.

Third Party Behavioral Tracking

It's also important to note that we allow third party behavioral tracking.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under 13, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, the nation's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online. We do not specifically market to children under 13.

Fair Information Practices

In order to be in line with Fair Information Practices we will take the following responsive action, should a data breach occur: We will notify the users via email within 7 business days.

We also agree to the individual redress principle, which requires that individuals have a right to pursue legally enforceable rights against data collectors and processors who fail to adhere to the law.

CAN-SPAM Act

We collect your email address in order to:

• Send information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions.
• Market to our mailing list or continue to send emails to our clients after the original transaction has occurred.

To be in accordance with CAN-SPAM we agree to the following:

• NOT use false, or misleading subjects or email addresses.
• Identify the message as an advertisement in some reasonable way.
• Include the physical address of our business or site headquarters.
• Monitor third party email marketing services for compliance, if one is used.
• Honor opt-out/unsubscribe requests quickly.
• Allow users to unsubscribe by using the link at the bottom of each email.

Driver Information

Geolocation: We collect your unique user identifier and your location through GPS, WiFi, or wireless network triangulation in order to obtain your location for the purposes of providing our Service. We maintain location information only so long as it is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete location data tied to your personal information. We may maintain de-identified location data for a longer period of time in order to analyze aggregate trends and metrics. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your location data, please adjust your settings in your mobile device to limit the app's access to your location data.

Driving Event Data: We collect, and may use a third party to collect, sensory and motion data from your smartphone or mobile device, including information from the gyroscope, accelerometer, compass, and Bluetooth, in order to calculate and detect driving events such as speeding, hard braking, crash detection, and other events. We maintain sensory and motion data as long as it is reasonable to provide the Service and then delete or anonymize this data. If you want to opt-out of the collection of your sensory and motion data, please adjust your settings in your mobile device to limit the app's access to your sensory and motion data.

Mobile Application Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 1, 2026. This section governs the Carbrandish mobile application ("App") available on iOS and Android.

This Mobile Application Privacy Policy describes how Carbrandish ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Carbrandish driver app. By installing or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account & Identity Information

• Full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth
• Home address and mailing address
• Government-issued driver's license (front and back photos)
• Selfie photograph for identity verification
• Signature (for background check consent)

Vehicle Information

• Vehicle year, make, model, color, and license plate
• Multi-angle vehicle photographs (front, rear, driver side, passenger side)
• Vehicle registration document
• Proof of auto insurance

Driving & Work Profile

• Gig economy platforms you work for (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, etc.)
• Estimated weekly driving hours and monthly mileage
• Primary driving city and typical driving schedule

Precise Location Data — Foreground and Background

Important disclosure: The Carbrandish App collects your precise GPS location continuously in the background while a campaign is active, including when the App is closed or not in use. This is core to our service — we use background GPS to verify your mileage and calculate your campaign earnings. Location data is collected only when you have an active campaign and have started a tracking session. You can stop collection at any time by ending the tracking session or revoking location permissions in your device settings.

• Real-time GPS coordinates (latitude, longitude, accuracy)
• Trip routes, start/end points, distance traveled
• Timestamps of all GPS readings
• Campaign zone detection (whether you are driving within a campaign's active area)

Compliance & Campaign Photos

• Periodic vehicle wrap condition photographs (submitted for compliance verification)
• Daily check-in photos during active campaigns
• Damage report photos if applicable

Financial Information

• Payment method details (processed securely through our payment provider)
• Earnings history, payout records, and transaction data
• Tax document information (1099 reporting)

Device & Technical Information

• Device type, operating system version, and unique device identifiers
• Push notification token (Expo Push Token) for delivering campaign and compliance alerts
• App version and crash/error logs

2. How We Use Your Information

• Service delivery: Verify your identity, process your driver application, match you with campaigns, and manage your active wrap advertisement.
• Earnings calculation: Use GPS trip data to calculate verified miles driven for active campaigns and compute your monthly earnings.
• Compliance verification: Review compliance photos to confirm your vehicle wrap is intact and meets brand requirements.
• Appointment scheduling: Coordinate installation, removal, and inspection appointments with certified wrap shops.
• Notifications: Send push notifications for campaign updates, compliance reminders, appointment confirmations, and earnings alerts.
• Safety & fraud prevention: Detect and prevent fraudulent mileage claims or unauthorized account access.
• Legal compliance: Meet our obligations under applicable law, including tax reporting and background check requirements.
• Service improvement: Analyze aggregated, de-identified usage patterns to improve app features and campaign matching.

3. Permissions Required

• Location (Always / Background): Required to track mileage for campaign earnings. You will be asked to grant "Always Allow" location access. You may grant "While Using" only, but this will limit mileage tracking to foreground use.
• Camera: Required to capture driver's license photos, selfie verification, vehicle photos, and compliance check-in photos.
• Photo Library: Required to upload existing vehicle or document photos from your device.
• Notifications: Required to receive campaign updates, compliance reminders, and appointment alerts. You may disable notifications in your device settings at any time.
• Biometrics (Face ID / Touch ID / Fingerprint): Optional. Used only to authenticate your identity when unlocking the app. Biometric data is processed entirely on your device by the operating system and is never transmitted to our servers.

4. How We Share Your Information

• Brand partners: We share anonymized driving zone and mileage data with brands running active campaigns. We do not share your personal identity with brands without your consent.
• Wrap installation shops: We share your name, vehicle details, and appointment information with the shop performing your installation or removal.
• Background check providers: With your explicit consent during registration, we share required personal information with our background check partner.
• Firebase (Google): We use Google Firebase for authentication, data storage, and file storage. Data is processed under Google's data processing terms.
• Payment processors: Financial information is shared with our payment processing partner to deliver earnings to you.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Carbrandish or others.
• We do not sell your personal information or location data to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. GPS trip data is retained for the duration of your campaign participation and for 12 months thereafter for audit and dispute resolution purposes. After account deletion, we may retain certain records for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at info@carbrandish.com.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (TLS), Firebase Security Rules restricting data access to authenticated users, and secure credential storage on your device (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore). No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update inaccurate personal information through the Profile section of the App.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
• Location opt-out: Revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings. Note this will disable mileage tracking and campaign earnings calculation.
• Notification opt-out: Disable push notifications through your device settings or the App's notification settings screen.

8. Children's Privacy

The Carbrandish App is intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

9. Changes to this App Privacy Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via a push notification or an in-app alert. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.

Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 1, 2026. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Carbrandish mobile application and participation in the Carbrandish driver program.

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Carbrandish mobile application ("App") operated by Carbrandish ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

To use the Carbrandish App and participate in the driver program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Hold a valid US driver's license
• Own or have primary use of the vehicle you register
• Actively work as a gig economy driver (Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, Instacart, or similar) driving at least 800 miles per month
• Consent to a background check as part of the registration process
• Reside and primarily drive in the United States

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@carbrandish.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3. Driver Obligations

By participating in a campaign, you agree to:

• Keep your vehicle wrap in good condition for the full duration of the campaign.
• Submit compliance photos on schedule as required by the App.
• Maintain minimum mileage requirements specified in your campaign agreement.
• Report any damage to the wrap promptly through the App's damage reporting feature.
• Allow wrap installation, inspection, and removal appointments at approved shops.
• Not remove, alter, cover, or deface the vehicle wrap during the campaign period.
• Maintain valid vehicle registration, insurance, and a valid driver's license throughout the campaign.

4. Campaign Participation

Applying for a campaign does not guarantee acceptance. Carbrandish and its brand partners reserve the right to approve or reject applications at their discretion. Once accepted, campaigns have a defined start date, end date, and geographic zone. Driving outside the campaign zone may not count toward your verified mileage. Campaign terms, including duration, mileage requirements, and earnings rates, are specified in the campaign detail screen before you apply.

5. Earnings and Payments

• Earnings are calculated based on GPS-verified miles driven within active campaign zones during your participation period.
• Payments are issued on the schedule specified in your campaign agreement, typically monthly.
• Carbrandish reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments if compliance violations are detected, mileage data is insufficient, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
• You are responsible for reporting your earnings to applicable tax authorities. Carbrandish will issue appropriate tax documentation (such as Form 1099) where required by law.
• Cash-out requests are subject to the minimum payout threshold displayed in the App.

6. Location Tracking Consent

By starting a tracking session in the App, you explicitly consent to the continuous collection of your precise GPS location, including in the background, for the purpose of mileage verification and earnings calculation. You may stop tracking at any time from within the App. Disabling location access will pause mileage tracking and may affect your earnings for that period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit fraudulent compliance photos, spoofed GPS data, or falsified mileage records.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent application reviews or campaign limits.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

8. Intellectual Property

The Carbrandish App, including its design, code, trademarks, logos, and content, is owned by Carbrandish and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App solely for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of photos and content you submit, but grant Carbrandish a license to use such content to provide the service and verify compliance.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation at any time. You may delete your account through the App Settings screen. Carbrandish may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraud, non-compliance with campaign requirements, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your access to the App ceases and any pending earnings that have been verified will be paid according to the payment schedule.

10. Disclaimers

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Carbrandish makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that GPS tracking will be uninterrupted or error-free due to factors outside our control including device settings, cellular connectivity, and OS-level power management.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carbrandish shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App or participation in the driver program, including loss of earnings due to GPS tracking interruption, device failure, or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total earnings paid to you in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carbrandish and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the App.
